My computer (using a wireless adapter) can't seem to connect to anything but google search, I can search anything on google and it still works, however when I click on one of the website or any website, I can't seem to access it.

Only modern apps can't connect to Internet. These modern apps include Microsoft Edge web browser, Microsoft Store, Mail, Calendar, Cortana, Maps, Messaging, People, Feedback hub, etc. In fact any modern app downloaded and installed from Microsoft Store such as games, etc also won't connect to Internet. I've read in another "offline mode" thread that it looks like steam credentials seem to expire after a while and then you are required to connect to the internet again. So if you save your credentials try to set the date a few weeks back.. try offline mode and from there try to switch to online mode.
